I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of Hire.  I acknowledge that some or all of my deposit may be retained if the Conditions of Hire are not adhered to.

I indemnify The Chislehurst Society against any damage to The Old Chapel hall, kitchen and its equipment and against all claims for injury or damage by any person arising from my occupation of any part of the Hall.

I have read and agree to comply with the Chislehurst Society Statement for Safeguarding Children and Adults when they are vulnerable.

You will be invoiced directly for the hall hire payment.

Please note that we are unable to issue reminders, so please ensure that payments reach us four weeks prior to your event, or five days after completing this form, whichever is the later. If we do not receive the final invoiced payment we cannot guarantee your booking.
