Friends of Chislehurst and Walden Recreation Grounds
are holding  their official launch at a public meeting
on
Wednesday 10th March 2010
7 - 9 pm
at
Red Hill School, Chislehurst.

DRAFT AGENDA

  1. Aims of the Friends Group
  2. Introduction of the  Steering committee,  Penny Read ( our LBB Parks Partnership officer)  and other Parks service officers.  
  3. Adoption of constitution and election of officers  PLEASE CONSIDER JOINING THE COMMITTEE.  Alison and Barbara are hoping to hear from you!!
  4. Discussion of activities to date, particularly the Scouts application for relocation of their new hut in the recreation ground, and the proposed new playground.
  5. Our website and communication methods.
  6. Suggestions for future activities and events.

There will also be time for informal chatting over refreshments.
