The Society now has its own offices
We now have our own offices at the Chislehurst Methodist Church in Prince Imperial Road. Regular access is restricted to members of our Executive Committee, but we held a meeting of Road Stewards here on 22 May and we are planning to have open sessions where members are able to consult with members of the Committee.
Death of Nicolette Comport
We regret to announce the death of Nicolette Comport, a friend, member of the Chislehurst Society, and passionate advocate for Chislehurst. A short note regarding Nicolette was published in the Chislehurst Times on 15 April, and a fuller note is reproduced here. If you wish to add to this, please let us know.
Launch of the Friends of the Rec - March 10

Jones Awards 2010 - Winners announced
This year is the 20th year of the Alun and Joy Jones Awards. The top individual prize went to Catherine Wiffen, the youngest ever winner of the top prize, and the winning school this year was Babington House School.
